Once we feel good, we are inclined to want to do more
things that keep us feeling good. Researchers have
discovered that people who count their blessings by
keeping a gratitude journal exercised 40 minutes more per
week than the control group.
GRATITUDE ADVANCES RELATIONSHIPS
Different studies have concluded that gratitude for others
enhances relationships in terms of both loyalty and trust.
Gratitude is also a relationship-sustaining emotion,
therefore feelings of gratitude towards a loved one,
friends, even co-workers, can assist you to build bonds that
last.
