Meet Nonhlanhla
My name is Nonhlanhla Sibanda, the celebrity lady who is the
face you see on a Mangwanani brochure. In 2014, I started
working for Mangwanani. I am a single mother of four children.
Mangwanani changed my life drastically. I was able to put all
my children through school. They have all done well and passed
each grade. My children thank me for all I have done for them: it
has not been at all easy. However, I am proud of Mangwanani
and regard Mangwanani as the father of my children. Without
Mangwanani’s support, I would not have been able to give my
children an education. Whilst at Mangwanani, I have managed
to buy land, where I intend to build a home for my children. Thank
you, Erin, for giving me and my children a future. I extol the virtues
of Mangwanani. The company has done great things for me;
and I have realised my ambitions through Mangwanani. Palazzo

Meet Gloria
My name is Gloria Sitokisi from Kraanfontein, a mother of ve. I
would like to express my gratitude to Mangwanani. On 7 August
2012, I joined the Mangwanani family when I had nothing. The
time at Mangwanani has moulded me into the woman I am
today. Before being employed at Mangwanani, I could have
been described as indigent. I was unable to put food on the
table for my family. I did not know what make-up was, nor could I
have afforded such a luxury. But today, because of
Mangwanani, I am now a breadwinner, and supporting my
family. I am not married to a man − I am married to Mangwanani.
I regard Mangwanani as both my husband and parent. My
biological parents gave me away at the tender age of two. I
know when I have problems and when going through difcult
times, that I can share with my Mangwanani family. I will be
comforted without being judged. I am now unwell, however,
Mangwanani makes allowances for me, so that I can continue to
work and support my family. Thank you very much, Mangwanani
and Erin! Please continue doing what you do, and continue
opening doors for others.
Allow me to take this opportunity of praising Mangwanani. I am Phathiswa Gwadela, from Kuilsrivier. One day I had no food for myself
and my little girl. Whilst aimlessly walking along the street, I was approached by a lady named Nikiwe. She must have seen the pain
and frustration on my face. Nikiwe asked me where I was going. She then invited me to visit her the next day at Mangwanani, where
she would obtain employment for me. I explained to her that I had no matric certicate, and that my English was not perfect. She
insisted that I call in on her, nonetheless. She told me that I would learn English along the way − Mangwanani offers some small courses
to empower their staff. Once I had secured employment at Mangwanani, I was able to put food on the table for myself and my little
princess. Nikiwe and Erin, please continue to be a blessing to others in need, as you have indeed been a blessing to me. I will forever be
grateful to Mangwanani, Winelands, Cape Town.
