Description

1. Voucher Validity: The voucher must be redeemed for that package within 1 year from the date of purchase as we cannot guarantee the special prices for a longer period.  If the voucher is not redeemed in this period, it will automatically be converted into a credit voucher.
2. Credit Voucher Conversion: Should the voucher remain unused by the specified date, it will not expire. Instead, it will be converted into a credit voucher for the value of what was originally paid and be valid for the standard 3 years from the date of purchase.
3. New Booking Conditions: The converted credit voucher can be used towards any new package, treatment, or special offer available at the time of booking. It is important to note that the exact package or special advertised in the initial voucher sale may no longer be available and a difference may need to be paid.
4. Voucher Limit: A maximum of 10 vouchers may be purchased per person. These vouchers are not applicable for group bookings of more than 10.
5. Redeemable Days: Vouchers are redeemable on midweek days only (Monday to Thursday) and weekends (Friday to Sunday), excluding public holidays and special occasion dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
6. Specific Offers:
   1. The Full Day Spa offers are only applicable to Pivot, River Valley Winelands, and Sibaya on the days they are open.
   2. The Moonlight Night Spa offers are only applicable to Pivot, Winelands, and Sibaya on the days they are open. Excluding Sundays and Monday nights at all branches and excluding River Valley.
   3. The Full Day Spa at River Valley excludes the fee for the return transfer shuttle service, which is charged at an additional rate if the guest opts to use the shuttle.
7. Treatment Selection: Actual treatments included in each package may not be chosen or swapped for any other than what is specified in the package. The treatment sequence cannot be chosen as it is automatically generated by our system.
8. Voucher Restrictions: Package vouchers cannot be used for payment of other services. All bookings are subject to availability.
9. Refunds: Mangwanani has a strict no refunds policy. All purchases are final. Discounts are applicable only to new bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings already paid for and changes cannot be applied to past transactions on different specials
10. Booking Requirements: To use your voucher, please contact our central reservations on 087 809 0055 to make a reservation. Be sure to mention your voucher at the time of booking and have your proof of payment for verification purposes.
