1. Voucher Validity: If the voucher is a ‘package or treatment special’ then the voucher must be redeemed for that package within 3 months of purchase as we cannot guarantee the special prices for a longer period.  If the voucher is not redeemed in this period, it will automatically be converted into a credit voucher.
2. Credit Voucher Conversion: After 2 months, the package voucher will be converted into a credit voucher for the value of what was originally paid.
3. New Booking Conditions: The converted credit voucher can be used towards any new package, treatment, or special offer available at the time of booking. It is important to note that the exact package or special advertised in the initial voucher may no longer be available.
4. Treatment Selection: Actual treatments included in each package may not be chosen or swapped for any other than what is specified in the package. The treatment sequence cannot be chosen as it is automatically generated by our system and the treatment sequence cannot be altered as the schedules are finalized the day before, and any changes are audited.
5. Refunds: Mangwanani has a strict no refunds policy. All purchases are final.
6. Booking Requirements: To use your voucher, please contact our central reservations on 087 809 0055 or the branch you wish to book for to make a reservation. Be sure to mention your voucher number at the time of booking and have your proof of payment for verification purposes.
