This Special Offer does not apply to existing confirmed bookings (e.g. bookings already made & paid for prior to these dates) • Actual treatments in offers may not be chosen or swapped for any other than what is included in the special • Special offer is available to book at Mangwanani Ballito, Umhlanga Sands, Elangeni, Birchwood, Jozini, Cape Sun and Royal Elephant on Mondays – Fridays only excluding public holidays • The specials cannot be redeemed at any other Mangwanani Boutique spas, Original African spas, Kids spas, High Tea Rooms and Signature spa. • Only pre-payments accepted to secure bookings, no payments on arrival allowed • The package only covers what is mentioned and all other costs are excluded and is the responsibility of the guests to settle with the hotel • Package Vouchers cannot be used for payment. • All the above are subject to availability. • Mangwanani has a strict no refunds policy. • No Commissions payable to booking agent • Cancellation of bookings or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full booking value • Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling • Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will carry a 25% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling • Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in 100% forfeit of the booking value • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer •
