Offer Validity: This offer is valid exclusively for the month of February 2025, at selected Boutique Spa locations only. Please confirm your preferred location when making the booking. (Ballito, Beverly Hills, Birchwood, Cape Sun, Elangeni, Jozini, Royal Elephant, Cullinan, Umhlanga Sands, Ushaka, Wild Coast and Blue Marlin)
Booking Requirements: A minimum of 24 hours’ advance booking is required. Subject to availability.
Voucher Redemption: The voucher must be used in a single visit and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Personalized Picture Frame: The personalized star alignment picture frame is included as part of the package. A photo of the alignment will be provided on a date of your choosing (e.g., your first date or anniversary). Please confirm the desired date at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Package Inclusions: The “Written in the Stars” offer includes a 30min Royal African Foot Massage, and a 30min Head, Neck, and Shoulder Massage for two people, along with complimentary bubbly on arrival. No substitutions for treatments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations: cancellation of a booking and/or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking. Mangwanani has a strict no refunds policy. All purchases are final.
Gift Voucher: If you are purchasing this package as a gift, the voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. The recipient must book their appointment in advance. as we cannot guarantee the special prices for a longer period. If the package voucher is not redeemed in this period, it will automatically be converted into a credit voucher for the value of what was originally paid. The converted credit voucher can be used towards any new package, treatment, or special offer available at the time of booking. It is important to note that the exact package or special advertised in the initial voucher may no longer be available.
