Rescheduling: rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will have a 25% rescheduling fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

Rescheduling within 3 days of you booking will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

Cancellations: cancellation of a booking and/or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

Please note that no refunds will be issued.

Black Friday Voucher Sale Terms and Conditions

  1. Voucher Validity: The special voucher offer must be utilized by the 15th of June 2025. If the voucher is not used by this date, it will be automatically converted into a credit voucher.
  2. Credit Voucher Conversion: Should the voucher remain unused by the specified date, it will not expire. Instead, it will be converted into a credit voucher for the value of what was originally paid and be valid for the standard 3 years from the date of purchase.
  3. New Booking Conditions: The converted credit voucher can be used towards any new package, treatment, or special offer available at the time of booking. It is important to note that the exact package or special advertised in the initial voucher sale may no longer be available and a difference may need to be paid.
  4. Voucher Limit: A maximum of 10 vouchers may be purchased per person. These vouchers are not applicable for group bookings of more than 10.
  5. Redeemable Days: Vouchers are redeemable on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and weekends (Friday to Sunday), excluding public holidays and special occasion dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.

    3. The Full Day Spa at River Valley excludes the fee for the return transfer shuttle service, which is charged at an additional rate if the guest opts to use the shuttle.
